IIP Scotland & IBC Scotland Associate Development Programme

As a result of the close relationship which is being cultivated by Investors in People Scotland and Institute of Business Consulting. I am pleased see the first co-branded Development Programme being launched that will help Business Advisors to understand and support their clients through the New IIP Process.

The development programme will provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to support clients implementing the Investors in People Principles.

Recognition as a IIP Associate (endorsed by IIP UK) will allow you to help and work with companies in preparation for receiving recognition from IIP. This allows the Advisor/Consultant to not only add value through the work they are already doing with their clients but with IIP help to add more value to the business.

The three day course will be delivered in two sections:

The first day (Module 1) will enable participants to successfully promote and position the Investors in People framework as a business improvement tool.

The next two days (Module 2) will equip Investors in People Associates with appropriate knowledge to provide professional support to clients working with the Investors in People framework.

Some of the Learning Outcomes

• The programme will mean that participants are familiar with current thinking and best practice in Human Resource Management and organisational development
• Understanding Changes effect on organisational culture and climate, and how positive transition can be supported.

Achieving the IIP Scotland Associate level also gives membership of IIP for one year along with many other benefits.

The first module will be running on the 7^th September and the second on September the 23^rd and 24^th at Ocean Point 1, in Edinburgh.
